Kyle Petitt and the whole Berisford Group were awesome to work with! We had a very specific idea in mind for what we wanted, which was a lot of land, outside of the city, close or in the mountains. We ended up under contract twice on property that didn't end up working out and/or meeting VA loan requirements (to no fault of anyones but poor property maintenannce).
